Another week of doing my 3 weight lifting workouts. I have ran around the block a couple times (1.5miles), getting ready for my PT test in a couple weeks. Also, Kristin and I walked around the block last night (twice) after dinner. I weighed my self this morning and i was 188. My goal is to get to the 183 to 185 mark.

Well, I have to admit that these first couple months of the year have pretty much all been focused on the happiness of 'now' (meaning we ate our emotions to be happy in the moment) & the looming deployment, so now it's finally time to focus on ME. I have started my workouts & hope to see some serious change between now and the end of May. It's been many summers since I have felt the confidence that I used to have about my body, so kicking it into gear right now is the ONLY option. I've run & walked several miles on the treadmill, done some calisthenic exercises, & am doing a 100+ abs a day. I'm already feeling better than before, so watch out ya'll! Kelly is finally ON THE MOVE! :)
Woke up this morning and weighed my self and i was 191, the lowest i have been in 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!! Still keeping it up by going to the gym 3 times a week, walking around the block a few times a week, eating pretty good (low carb), drinking a lot of water and not eating past 9pm. And because i may have a PT test coming up i started to run a little bit when i go walking around the block. I love the way i feel, i have more energy and am sleeping better at night. COME ON EVERYBODY, WHERE ARE YALL AT??????????????????

I went to the gym this past week 3 times and lifted. Also, i walked around the block once with mom, once with Kristin and then went to the gym and ran on the treadmill one day. It was a very busy week, so i am very happy that i still got all my workouts in. I'm down to 193 lbs now, when i started i was 201 lbs. So do you guys want to just go ahead and just cede this thing to me now or do i still have to wait till Vegas, lol?????????

Hey, I hurt my back last week so i was unable to go to the gym. It's all better now so i went to the gym twice this week and lifted weights. I usually go 3 times a week but Kristin and I are going to Concord today so i combined my workout into 2 this week. Kristin has also went to the gym this week and lifted weights (she was whining for 2 days about how sore she was, lol). Were still eating pretty healthy and i have stuck with my not eating after 9pm thing, it is working very well! How is everyone else doing???

Had another full week of workouts! Lifted three days and walked/jogged 2 days! I have been eating pretty good and have layed off the snacks for about 2 weeks now. I'm down to 195 and if i can fall under that it will be the first time in a year i have weighted less then 195. WHERE IS EVERYONES UPDATES??????????????????????????????????????

Last week I went to the gym 4 out of the 7 days. I lifted 3 of those days and ran the other. Also, Kristin went to the gym twice and we walked on the beach 3 times. Each time we walk on the beach it is a little shy of two and a half miles.........I can't wait for my free steak!!! :)
