Our progress

I have steadly went to the gym atleast3times a week for the last 2 weeks. Right now i am focusing on cardio to drop some pounds before i hit the weights real hard, but i have lifted a little too. Plus, Kristin and i have walked on the beach 5 times in the past 2 weeks, walking almost two and a half miles each time! Capital Grill here we come :)
