Hey, I hurt my back last week so i was unable to go to the gym. It's all better now so i went to the gym twice this week and lifted weights. I usually go 3 times a week but Kristin and I are going to Concord today so i combined my workout into 2 this week. Kristin has also went to the gym this week and lifted weights (she was whining for 2 days about how sore she was, lol). Were still eating pretty healthy and i have stuck with my not eating after 9pm thing, it is working very well! How is everyone else doing???
Good work you guys! Sorry we've been slacking on our posts! Lots going on around here, but not a lot of working out, not gonna lie. I'm about to go buck wild on some serious workout and fitness, so I'll be back here really soon with some good posts! I promise!
