Doing Well

Another week of doing my 3 weight lifting workouts. I have ran around the block a couple times (1.5miles), getting ready for my PT test in a couple weeks. Also, Kristin and I walked around the block last night (twice) after dinner. I weighed my self this morning and i was 188. My goal is to get to the 183 to 185 mark.
